Main Ingredients
- 1 lb Chicken breasts boneless, skinless
- 8 cups Chicken broth
- 2 Carrots sliced
- 2 Celery stalks sliced
- 1 Onion chopped
- 3 cloves Garlic minced
- 1 teaspoon Dried thyme
- 1 teaspoon Dried rosemary
- 1 teaspoon Salt to taste
- 0.5 teaspoon Black pepper to taste
- 8 oz Egg noodles
1. Add chicken, broth, carrots, celery, onion, garlic, thyme, rosemary, salt, and pepper to the slow cooker.
2. Cook on low for 6-8 hours or on high for 3-4 hours.
3. Remove chicken and shred with two forks.
4. Return chicken to the slow cooker and add egg noodles. Cook for an additional 20-30 minutes until noodles are tender.
5. Serve hot and enjoy!
