  • 3 lbs Chuck Roast
  • 4 cups Beef Broth
  • 1 lb Carrots, chopped
  • 1 lb Potatoes, chopped
  • 1 Onion, chopped
  • 2 cloves Garlic, minced
  • 1 teaspoon Salt
  • 1 teaspoon Black Pepper
  • 2 teaspoon Thyme

Instructions
