Slow Cooker Texas Pulled Pork Recipe
Delicious and tender pulled pork made easy in a slow cooker.

Pulled Pork Ingredients
- 4 pounds Pork Shoulder
- 1 cup Barbecue Sauce
- ½ cup Apple Cider Vinegar
- ½ cup Chicken Broth
- ¼ cup Brown Sugar
- 1 tablespoon Yellow Mustard
- 1 tablespoon Worcestershire Sauce
- 1 tablespoon Chili Powder
- 1 large Onion chopped
- 2 cloves Garlic minced
Place the pork shoulder in the slow cooker.
In a bowl, mix together barbecue sauce, apple cider vinegar, chicken broth, brown sugar, mustard, Worcestershire sauce, chili powder, chopped onion, and minced garlic.
Pour the mixture over the pork shoulder.
Cover and cook on low for 8 hours or until the meat is tender and easily shredded.
Remove the pork from the slow cooker and shred the meat using two forks.
Return the shredded pork to the slow cooker and mix with the juices. Serve on buns or as desired.
