Main Ingredients
- 1 lb Ground Beef (80/20)
- 4 Burger Buns
- 4 slices Cheese
- to taste Salt
- to taste Pepper
1. Preheat your griddle or cast iron skillet over medium-high heat.
2. Divide the ground beef into 4 equal portions and form into loose balls.
3. Place the beef balls on the hot griddle and smash them flat with a spatula.
4. Season with salt and pepper, and cook for 2-3 minutes per side.
5. Add a slice of cheese on top of each patty and let it melt.
6. Toast the burger buns on the griddle until golden brown.
7. Assemble the burgers and serve immediately.
