  • 1 medium onion sliced
  • 2 cloves garlic minced
  • 1 medium bell pepper sliced
  • 2 cups baby potatoes halved
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • 1 teaspoon paprika
  • 1 teaspoon dried oregano

Instructions
