- 4 pieces Chicken Thighs bone-in, skin-on
- 1 cup BBQ Sauce
- 2 tablespoon Olive Oil
- 1 teaspoon Salt
- 1 teaspoon Black Pepper
1. Preheat your grill to medium-high heat.
2. In a mixing bowl, combine olive oil, salt, and black pepper. Rub the mixture all over the chicken thighs.
3. Place the chicken thighs on the grill, skin side down. Grill for 20 minutes, turning occasionally.
4. Brush the chicken with BBQ sauce and continue to grill for another 25 minutes, basting occasionally with more BBQ sauce.
5. Remove from grill and let rest for 5 minutes before serving.
