Ingredients

  • 400 g spaghetti
  • 4 cloves garlic thinly sliced
  • ½ cup olive oil
  • ¼ teaspoon red pepper flakes
  • Salt to taste
  • Fresh parsley chopped, optional
  • Grated Parmesan cheese optional

Instructions 

  1. Cook spaghetti in salted boiling water until al dente. Drain and set aside.
  2. In a large pan, heat olive oil over medium heat. Add garlic and red pepper flakes, cook until garlic is golden.
  3. Add cooked spaghetti to the pan, toss to coat with oil and garlic.
  4. Season with salt. Add parsley and Parmesan if desired. Serve hot.
