Spaghetti Sauce with Fresh Tomatoes
A simple and delicious spaghetti sauce made with fresh tomatoes.

Main Ingredients
- 2 tablespoon Olive Oil
- 1 Onion, chopped
- 4 cloves Garlic, minced
- 6 Fresh Tomatoes, chopped
- 1 teaspoon Salt
- 1 teaspoon Black Pepper
- 1 teaspoon Dried Basil
- 1 teaspoon Dried Oregano
Heat the olive oil in a large pot over medium heat.
Add the chopped onion and cook until translucent, about 5 minutes.
Add the minced garlic and cook for another minute.
Add the chopped tomatoes, salt, pepper, basil, and oregano. Stir well.
Bring the mixture to a simmer and cook for 30-40 minutes, stirring occasionally.
Use an immersion blender to blend the sauce to your desired consistency, if needed.
Serve over cooked spaghetti and enjoy!
