Main Ingredients
- 1 cup fresh spinach chopped
- 1 cup milk
- 4 eggs beaten
- 1 cup shredded cheese
- 1 pinch salt
- 1 pinch pepper
- 1 pie crust pre-made or homemade
Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
In a mixing bowl, whisk together the eggs and milk.
Add the chopped spinach, shredded cheese, salt, and pepper to the egg mixture. Stir to combine.
Pour the mixture into the pie crust.
Bake in the preheated oven for 45 minutes, or until the quiche is set and golden brown on top.
