Strawberry Syrup Recipe

- 2 cups Strawberries hulled and sliced
- 1 cup Sugar
- 1 tablespoon Lemon Juice freshly squeezed
- 1 cup Water
Combine strawberries, sugar, lemon juice, and water in a saucepan.
Bring to a boil over medium heat, stirring occasionally.
Reduce heat and simmer for 20 minutes, until strawberries are soft and syrup has thickened.
Strain the mixture to remove the strawberry solids.
Let the syrup cool before serving.
