Ingredients 

Main Ingredients

  • 1 lb Ground Beef
  • 2 cups Cooked Rice
  • 3 Bell Peppers (any color), diced
  • 1 can Diced Tomatoes (14.5 oz)
  • 1 can Tomato Sauce (15 oz)
  • 4 cups Beef Broth
  • 1 teaspoon Garlic Powder
  • 1 teaspoon Onion Powder
  • 1 teaspoon Salt
  • ½ teaspoon Black Pepper

Instructions 

  1. 1. In a large pot, brown the ground beef over medium heat. Drain any excess fat.
  2. 2. Add the diced bell peppers to the pot and cook until they begin to soften, about 5 minutes.
  3. 3. Stir in the diced tomatoes, tomato sauce, beef broth, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and black pepper. Bring to a boil.
  4. 4. Reduce heat and simmer for 20 minutes, stirring occasionally.
  5. 5. Stir in the cooked rice and simmer for an additional 5 minutes. Serve hot.
