Instructions 

  1. In a mixing bowl, whisk together the flour, milk, eggs, melted butter, sugar, and salt until smooth.
  2. Heat a frying pan over medium heat and lightly grease it with butter or oil.
  3. Pour a small amount of batter into the pan, tilting it to spread the batter evenly.
  4. Cook until the edges start to dry and the bottom is golden brown, then flip and cook the other side.
  5. Repeat with the remaining batter. Serve warm with your favorite toppings.
