- 2 cups mashed sweet potatoes
- 1 cup sugar
- ½ cup butter, melted
- 2 large eggs
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- ½ cup milk
- 1 9-inch pie crust unbaked
Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C).
In a mixing bowl, combine mashed sweet potatoes, sugar, melted butter, eggs, vanilla extract, and milk. Mix until smooth.
Pour mixture into the unbaked pie crust.
Bake in preheated oven for 60 minutes, or until a knife inserted into the center comes out clean.
Let the pie cool before serving.
