Ingredients

  • 2 cups Chicken broth
  • 1 can Coconut milk
  • 1 tablespoon Red curry paste
  • 1 tablespoon Fish sauce
  • 1 tablespoon Lime juice
  • 1 cup Sliced mushrooms
  • 1 cup Shredded chicken
  • 1 tablespoon Chopped cilantro
  • 1 teaspoon Sugar

Instructions 

  1. 1. In a pot, bring the chicken broth to a boil.
  2. 2. Add the coconut milk, red curry paste, and fish sauce. Stir well.
  3. 3. Add the lime juice, mushrooms, and shredded chicken. Simmer for 10 minutes.
  4. 4. Add the chopped cilantro and sugar. Stir and cook for another 5 minutes.
  5. 5. Serve hot and enjoy!
