- 1 cup Cherry tomatoes, halved
- 1 cup Fresh basil leaves, chopped
- 1 cup Shredded mozzarella cheese
- 4 Eggs
- 1 cup Milk
- 1 teaspoon Salt
- ½ teaspoon Black pepper
- 1 Pie crust pre-made or homemade
Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
In a mixing bowl, whisk together the eggs, milk, salt, and pepper.
Spread the cherry tomatoes, basil, and mozzarella cheese evenly over the pie crust.
Pour the egg mixture over the tomatoes, basil, and cheese.
Bake in the preheated oven for 45 minutes, or until the quiche is set and the top is golden brown.
Let the quiche cool for a few minutes before slicing and serving.
