Ingredients 

Main Ingredients

  • 4 pieces Bolillo rolls split in half
  • 2 cups Refried beans
  • 1 cup Shredded lettuce
  • 1 cup Sliced tomatoes
  • 1 cup Sliced avocado
  • 1 cup Crumbled queso fresco
  • 1 cup Sliced pickled jalapeños
  • 1 cup Mayonnaise

Instructions 

  1. 1. Heat the skillet over medium heat.
  2. 2. Spread refried beans on the bottom half of each bolillo roll.
  3. 3. Layer with lettuce, tomatoes, avocado, queso fresco, and jalapeños.
  4. 4. Spread mayonnaise on the top half of each roll and place on top of the sandwich.
  5. 5. Press down gently and cook in the skillet until the bread is toasted and the fillings are warm.
