Ingredients 

Taco Ingredients

  • 2 cans Tuna drained
  • 8 pieces Taco Shells
  • 1 cup Shredded Lettuce
  • 1 cup Diced Tomatoes
  • ½ cup Shredded Cheese
  • ¼ cup Sour Cream
  • 1 tablespoon Olive Oil
  • 1 teaspoon Cumin
  • 1 teaspoon Chili Powder
  • 1 teaspoon Garlic Powder
  • 1 teaspoon Onion Powder
  • ½ teaspoon Salt
  • ¼ teaspoon Black Pepper

Instructions 

  1. 1. Heat the olive oil in a skillet over medium heat.
  2. 2. Add the drained tuna to the skillet and cook for 2-3 minutes.
  3. 3. Stir in cumin, chili powder, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper. Cook for another 2-3 minutes.
  4. 4. Warm the taco shells according to package instructions.
  5. 5. Assemble the tacos by filling each shell with the cooked tuna, shredded lettuce, diced tomatoes, shredded cheese, and a dollop of sour cream.
