Taco Ingredients
- 2 cans Tuna drained
- 8 pieces Taco Shells
- 1 cup Shredded Lettuce
- 1 cup Diced Tomatoes
- ½ cup Shredded Cheese
- ¼ cup Sour Cream
- 1 tablespoon Olive Oil
- 1 teaspoon Cumin
- 1 teaspoon Chili Powder
- 1 teaspoon Garlic Powder
- 1 teaspoon Onion Powder
- ½ teaspoon Salt
- ¼ teaspoon Black Pepper
1. Heat the olive oil in a skillet over medium heat.
2. Add the drained tuna to the skillet and cook for 2-3 minutes.
3. Stir in cumin, chili powder, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper. Cook for another 2-3 minutes.
4. Warm the taco shells according to package instructions.
5. Assemble the tacos by filling each shell with the cooked tuna, shredded lettuce, diced tomatoes, shredded cheese, and a dollop of sour cream.
