Ingredients 

Main Ingredients

  • 1 tablespoon Olive oil
  • 1 lb Ground turkey
  • 1 medium Onion, diced
  • 3 cloves Garlic, minced
  • 1 can Diced tomatoes 14.5 oz can
  • 1 can Kidney beans, drained and rinsed 15 oz can
  • 1 can Black beans, drained and rinsed 15 oz can
  • 1 cup Chicken broth
  • 2 tablespoon Chili powder
  • 1 teaspoon Ground cumin
  • 1 teaspoon Paprika
  • 1 teaspoon Salt
  • ½ teaspoon Black pepper

Instructions 

  1. Heat olive oil in a large pot over medium heat. Add ground turkey and cook until browned.
  2. Add diced onion and minced garlic to the pot. Cook until the onion is translucent.
  3. Stir in diced tomatoes, kidney beans, black beans, and chicken broth.
  4. Add chili powder, ground cumin, paprika, salt, and black pepper. Stir well.
  5. Bring to a boil, then reduce heat and simmer for 30 minutes, stirring occasionally.
  6. Serve hot and enjoy!
