Ingredients 

Main Ingredients

  • 1 lb Beef Stew Meat cut into bite-sized pieces
  • 2 cups Carrots sliced
  • 2 cups Potatoes diced
  • 1 cup Celery sliced
  • 1 cup Onion chopped
  • 4 cups Beef Broth
  • 1 can Diced Tomatoes
  • 2 cloves Garlic minced
  • 1 teaspoon Salt to taste
  • ½ teaspoon Black Pepper to taste
  • 1 teaspoon Dried Thyme
  • 1 teaspoon Dried Basil

Instructions 

  1. 1. In a large pot, brown the beef stew meat over medium heat.
  2. 2. Add the onions and garlic, cook until softened.
  3. 3. Pour in the beef broth and diced tomatoes. Bring to a boil.
  4. 4. Add the carrots, potatoes, and celery. Reduce heat and simmer for 45 minutes.
  5. 5. Season with salt, pepper, thyme, and basil. Simmer for another 15 minutes.
  6. 6. Serve hot and enjoy!
