Ingredients 

Salad Ingredients

  • 1 head Iceberg Lettuce cut into wedges
  • 4 slices Bacon cooked and crumbled
  • 1 cup Cherry Tomatoes halved
  • ¼ cup Red Onion thinly sliced

Dressing Ingredients

  • ½ cup Mayonnaise
  • ½ cup Sour Cream
  • ½ cup Blue Cheese crumbled
  • 1 tablespoon Lemon Juice freshly squeezed
  • 1 clove Garlic minced
  • to taste Salt
  • to taste Black Pepper freshly ground

Instructions 

  1. 1. Cut the iceberg lettuce into 4 wedges.
  2. 2. Cook the bacon until crispy, then crumble it.
  3. 3. In a mixing bowl, whisk together the mayonnaise, sour cream, blue cheese, lemon juice, minced garlic, salt, and black pepper.
