Salad Ingredients
- 1 head Iceberg Lettuce cut into wedges
- 4 slices Bacon cooked and crumbled
- 1 cup Cherry Tomatoes halved
- ¼ cup Red Onion thinly sliced
Dressing Ingredients
- ½ cup Mayonnaise
- ½ cup Sour Cream
- ½ cup Blue Cheese crumbled
- 1 tablespoon Lemon Juice freshly squeezed
- 1 clove Garlic minced
- to taste Salt
- to taste Black Pepper freshly ground
1. Cut the iceberg lettuce into 4 wedges.
2. Cook the bacon until crispy, then crumble it.
3. In a mixing bowl, whisk together the mayonnaise, sour cream, blue cheese, lemon juice, minced garlic, salt, and black pepper.
4. Place each lettuce wedge on a plate, drizzle with the blue cheese dressing, and top with crumbled bacon, cherry tomatoes, and red onion slices.
5. Serve immediately.
