Main Ingredients
- 1 lb Chicken Breast diced
- 2 cans White Beans drained and rinsed
- 1 cup Chicken Broth
- 1 cup Sour Cream
- 1 cup Shredded Cheese
- 1 medium Onion diced
- 2 cloves Garlic minced
- 1 teaspoon Cumin
- 1 teaspoon Oregano
- 1 teaspoon Salt
- 1 teaspoon Black Pepper
1. In a large pot, cook the diced chicken over medium heat until no longer pink.
2. Add the diced onion and minced garlic to the pot and cook until the onion is translucent.
3. Stir in the cumin, oregano, salt, and black pepper.
4. Add the white beans and chicken broth. Bring to a boil, then reduce heat and simmer for 15 minutes.
5. Stir in the sour cream and shredded cheese until melted and well combined.
6. Serve hot, garnished with additional cheese or sour cream if desired.
