Wonton Soup Recipe

Wontons
- 1 lb Ground pork
- 1 tablespoon Soy sauce
- 1 teaspoon Sesame oil
- 1 teaspoon Grated ginger
- 2 cloves Garlic, minced
- 1 package Wonton wrappers
Soup
- 6 cups Chicken broth
- 1 tablespoon Soy sauce
- 1 teaspoon Sesame oil
- 2 cups Baby spinach
- 2 scallions Chopped scallions
In a mixing bowl, combine ground pork, soy sauce, sesame oil, grated ginger, and minced garlic.
Place a small spoonful of the pork mixture in the center of each wonton wrapper. Fold and seal the edges with water.
In a pot, bring chicken broth to a boil. Add soy sauce and sesame oil.
Gently add wontons to the broth and cook for 5-7 minutes, until they float to the top.
Add baby spinach and chopped scallions. Cook for another 2 minutes.
Serve hot and enjoy!
