Ingredients 

Wontons

  • 1 lb Ground pork
  • 1 tablespoon Soy sauce
  • 1 teaspoon Sesame oil
  • 1 teaspoon Grated ginger
  • 2 cloves Garlic, minced
  • 1 package Wonton wrappers

Soup

  • 6 cups Chicken broth
  • 1 tablespoon Soy sauce
  • 1 teaspoon Sesame oil
  • 2 cups Baby spinach
  • 2 scallions Chopped scallions

Instructions 

  1. In a mixing bowl, combine ground pork, soy sauce, sesame oil, grated ginger, and minced garlic.
  2. Place a small spoonful of the pork mixture in the center of each wonton wrapper. Fold and seal the edges with water.
  3. In a pot, bring chicken broth to a boil. Add soy sauce and sesame oil.
  4. Gently add wontons to the broth and cook for 5-7 minutes, until they float to the top.
  5. Add baby spinach and chopped scallions. Cook for another 2 minutes.
  6. Serve hot and enjoy!
