Main Ingredients
- 2 lbs Goat meat, cut into chunks
- 1 large Onion, chopped
- 3 cloves Garlic, minced
- 2 tablespoon Tomato paste
- 4 cups Beef broth
- 2 tablespoon Vegetable oil
- 1 teaspoon Salt
- 1 teaspoon Black pepper
- 2 cups Carrots, chopped
- 2 cups Potatoes, chopped
1. Heat the vegetable oil in a large pot over medium heat.
2. Add the goat meat and brown on all sides.
3. Add the chopped onion and minced garlic, cook until softened.
4. Stir in the tomato paste and cook for another 2 minutes.
5. Pour in the beef broth, add salt and pepper. Bring to a boil.
6. Reduce heat to low, cover, and simmer for 1.5 hours.
7. Add the chopped carrots and potatoes, simmer for another 30 minutes until vegetables are tender.
