Main Ingredients
- 3 lbs Pork Shoulder cut into chunks
- 1 tablespoon Salt
- 1 teaspoon Black Pepper
- 1 teaspoon Oregano
- 1 teaspoon Cumin
- 1 cup Orange Juice freshly squeezed
- 1 cup Chicken Broth
- 4 cloves Garlic minced
- 1 medium Onion chopped
1. Preheat your oven to 300°F (150°C).
2. In a Dutch oven, combine all the ingredients.
3. Bring the mixture to a simmer over medium-high heat.
4. Cover and transfer to the oven. Cook for about 3-4 hours, until the pork is tender.
5. Remove the pork from the oven and shred it using two forks.
6. Optional: For crispy edges, spread the shredded pork on a baking sheet and broil for a few minutes.
