Ingredients 

Main Ingredients

  • 3 lbs Pork Shoulder cut into chunks
  • 1 tablespoon Salt
  • 1 teaspoon Black Pepper
  • 1 teaspoon Oregano
  • 1 teaspoon Cumin
  • 1 cup Orange Juice freshly squeezed
  • 1 cup Chicken Broth
  • 4 cloves Garlic minced
  • 1 medium Onion chopped

Instructions 

  1. 1. Preheat your oven to 300°F (150°C).
  2. 2. In a Dutch oven, combine all the ingredients.
  3. 3. Bring the mixture to a simmer over medium-high heat.
  4. 4. Cover and transfer to the oven. Cook for about 3-4 hours, until the pork is tender.
  5. 5. Remove the pork from the oven and shred it using two forks.
  6. 6. Optional: For crispy edges, spread the shredded pork on a baking sheet and broil for a few minutes.
