Ingredients

  • 2 lbs Pork Spare Ribs
  • 1 cup BBQ Sauce
  • 2 tablespoon Brown Sugar
  • 1 teaspoon Garlic Powder
  • 1 teaspoon Onion Powder
  • 1 teaspoon Salt
  • 1 teaspoon Black Pepper

Instructions 

  1. Preheat your oven to 300°F (150°C).
  2. Mix together the brown sugar, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and black pepper in a small bowl.
  3. Rub the spice mixture all over the pork spare ribs.
  4. Place the ribs on a baking tray lined with aluminum foil. Cover the ribs with another piece of aluminum foil.
  5. Bake in the preheated oven for 2 hours.
  6. Remove the top piece of foil and brush the ribs with BBQ sauce.
  7. Increase the oven temperature to 400°F (200°C) and bake for an additional 10-15 minutes, until the sauce is caramelized.
  8. Let the ribs rest for a few minutes before serving.
