- 2 lbs Pork Spare Ribs
- 1 cup BBQ Sauce
- 2 tablespoon Brown Sugar
- 1 teaspoon Garlic Powder
- 1 teaspoon Onion Powder
- 1 teaspoon Salt
- 1 teaspoon Black Pepper
Preheat your oven to 300°F (150°C).
Mix together the brown sugar, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and black pepper in a small bowl.
Rub the spice mixture all over the pork spare ribs.
Place the ribs on a baking tray lined with aluminum foil. Cover the ribs with another piece of aluminum foil.
Bake in the preheated oven for 2 hours.
Remove the top piece of foil and brush the ribs with BBQ sauce.
Increase the oven temperature to 400°F (200°C) and bake for an additional 10-15 minutes, until the sauce is caramelized.
Let the ribs rest for a few minutes before serving.
