Ingredients 

Pie Crust

  • 1 package pre-made pie crust

Filling

  • 4 cups fresh strawberries, hulled and sliced
  • 1 cup granulated sugar
  • 3 tablespoons cornstarch
  • 1 tablespoon lemon juice
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract

Instructions 

  1. Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. Place the pre-made pie crust into a pie dish and set aside.
  3. In a mixing bowl, combine the strawberries, sugar, cornstarch, lemon juice, and vanilla extract. Mix well.
  4. Pour the strawberry mixture into the pie crust.
  5. Cover the pie with another layer of pie crust, crimping the edges to seal. Cut a few slits in the top crust to allow steam to escape.
  6. Bake in the preheated oven for 45 minutes, or until the crust is golden brown and the filling is bubbly.
  7. Let the pie cool before serving. Enjoy!
